So I am alive. I haven't updated this thing in forever, but I needed to vent.

I am in class and group project with this guy Vivek and he is super cute and I really like him. We've talked and he is just so sweet. Plus he has a cat named Raja which is like perfect because I had a cat named Aladdin and was going to name Herbie that before 'Herbie'. ( Read more... )

The warning lights on cars can be ridiculous sometimes. My parents' van had problems with engine and brake lights that wouldn't go away, even though it was clear nothing was wrong. A wire in the computer sensing system was loose near one of the wheels. Cars. Blech.

I'm sorry about your NYC trip being canceled! That seriously sucks. Not enough interest in a trip to NYC? What's wrong with people! We absolutely have to get together,but I'm not feeling up to a trip to the city right now. Pain and crap has been rough lately. Maybe we can figure out something over the summer?

I found a guy who was smart, attractive, in college... And now I find out he's taken. *cries* I so feel your pain! Every time I found a sweet, cute, not-constantly-dunk guy at college, he was already taken. Always. Seriously, where is the pool of available, decent, not-scumbag guys?! Am I missing some tribal watering hole or something? Guh. Anyway, I feel ya! *hugs*

Thanks. Yeah, Lost did cheer me up. When Sawyer told Jack, Kate and Hurley what year they were in, and they showed Hurley's face, for some reason all I could think of was Billy in the LOTR bonus features saying "Uhhhh, was it" and then Hurley said "Uhhh, what?" I was hysterically laughing.

If the guy "fixed" it the other day make sure he doesn't try to charge you for fixing it again.

I'm not sure about the city. I wouldn't want to spend all the money to go down without a definite plan and a game or show to see as well.

Yeah, I understand about NYC. My thing is I WANT to go down without having to go to a show or game so I can do other stuff like go shopping and go to musuems. I really want to go to the Musuem of Natural History.

The good thing is that they didn't charge me for the car yesterday. And today when I took it in, they realized there is still something wrong with it but don't have the proper equipment to find out what it is. So they are sending me to a GM dealer to get it fixed and having GM charge them for the work. Which makes my life a hell of a lot easier.
