She's also sitting up very well but has no attraction to toys - more so cloths with textures and one particular soft cube that jingles. She does enjoy the activity center at daycare and I am tempted ( Read more... )

Naia look so adorable and sweet in every photo! The one where Noah tries to imitate her crying is really funny. She look really cute in her swim wear! Can see that she has put on lots of weight so good job nursing her! Just watch out on high risk food that may cause allegies like peanut, eggs, and start on safer food like carrots, baby cereal first. Introduce one type of food one at a time so you'll know which one is the one that causes any reaction. I'm sure you can read on these information in the net. Other than that yes it's fun to watch your little one's reaction to solids.

Been doing some thinking...actually I'm one of those mothers who have no guilts about taking time off work to do my expressing. I used to does it 4-5 times in the initial months(I really keep to my 2-3 hr interval expresso for fear that my supply would drop!), then 3 times after my 6th month mark, recently I just reduced to 2 times at work. I can afford to express so many times in the beginning since (1) my boss is always not in the office (2)I make sure I finish my work on time. If others can take smoking breaks, why can't I take time off to express priceless nutritious breastmilk for my son? Moreover those breaks recharge my energy again to do my work and be more productive. So there! No guilt! Haha!

Smoke Breaks epanthalassa July 14 2005, 14:42:35 UTC
I work in a manufacturing facility where smoke breaks are only allowed from 12:00 - 12:20 PM, which counts as part of your lunch. So smokers here have only 40 minutes to eat ( ... )

Wow I didn't realise that US firms are so strict/anal in their time schedule! People in my company take smoking breaks all the time, to the point that my company built a outdoor area for smokers just outside our pantry (Previously smokers have to travel all the floor down from the 3rd floor to smoke) But we can come in late only if we worked pass midnight the night before.
BTW your Body Shop at home consultant job sounds exciting! Good Luck!
