Sometimes, I think I can't be too dim-witted to have made it through life this far. But then I have these series of moments where I am like, "Duh! Don't be nuts, you're one of the smartest person I know! Street-smart, book-smart man you're both. We all make stupid comments sometimes wot no one is perfect.

Thanks Shups, but these "duh" moments happen so often now I feel like I am losing my brain processor. I noticed that it started happening after having Naia. Maybe it's what they call "baby brain drain" where mothers become less "sharp" due to the increased workload and the mother's instinct to always have one of the many thoughts running through her head be a thought about her child(ren).

But it was very "DUH" at an inopportune time because someone higher-level was sorta within earshot and I must've sounded like a complete bimbo. :o( Alright, must get over it sometime right?

I seriously think the 'baby brain drain' is true. Yah you got to move on, you got a long way ahead to prove to them your capabilities. You go gal!
