Have been working on getting our house ready for listing by this past Tuesday. Selling a house will either make or break your marriage! We could not agree on what were "critical" updates to do on the house, and we have been paying different contractors to get the work done due to our time constraints. totally know how you feel. I've been there with that frustration and I know it kills...
Anywais, hopefully the house will sell soon, and even tho' Noah's renovations come with their share of irritants, it's good that the house looks so nice that it will prob. be bought up sooner...I guess it's juz one of his man things...so if this is a small fraction of his whole person...try to overlook the other stuff...

I heard about the market too...at least you are moving to a funner city, and when you buy there, it will be cheaper too!! Thank goodness your company's paying for the other costs =)

totally get what you mean, had lots of hair-pulling moments myself when we decided to do up a 'nursery'.
