just read the whole verse in two days and suddenly i think i might be a LOT less vanilla than previously anticipated. Thanks for broadening my horizons with super awesome porn. Could easily stand as an original novel. :)
Damn. The problem with fandom is that every fan writer I know and friend knows other fan writers who I have not yet heard of, and they link to those new writers on their journals. And I wind up getting sucked into mainlining huge epic amazing fics in the middle of semesters where I'm already overburdened with work.
That's how I found this fic, and by extension, you. I just read all the stories in the last 48 hours, when I should be writing papers. I know if I friend you the whole cycle is going to start all over again.
It didn't stop me, though (because OMG I am absolutely rabid for the next part of this!)
Also I just realized that the comment directly above mine also uses the verb 'mainlining.' You know why? Because your fics ARE A DRUG. You are like some crazy sex-drug pusher. I hope you're happy (I know I am).
Hey your 2009 bigbang has been on my to read list for awhile and then I was going through the 2010 bigbangs and noticed that you have another one that's a continuation, and then I ended up here and noticed that there's lots more here as well.
So, I was just wondering, since here you have the different parts of the verse in chronological order, is that the best way to read them? Or is there another way you'd suggest?
Hey there. I listed the fics in chronological order, even though that's not how I wrote them. I think the best way to start is with Whoever Brings the Night which is the first one I wrote.
Then if you prefer reading chronological or are particularly interested in Jared, start with Amaranth and read in order. If not, you can probably move to "Seven Days to the Wolves" and so on. If you don't want to sift through all 200k words, you can probably just dive into "Meadows of Heaven" after "Whoever Brings the Night."
Another thing to note is that the Hank/Ian stories (Into the Wilds and Moondance) spoil parts of Meadows since they are the story of what happens to these two characters during that story.)
If you have any questions, please ask. I do hope you enjoy the stories, no matter where you start!
