At least that is what I'm feeling like. Can I tell you how embarrassed I am right now about some feelings I'm feeling at the moment? I'm embarrassed that I'm jealous of a co-worker. There...I said it ( Read more... )

We all want to be praised for work we have done. It's natural. And so is jealously. You're only human. It comes with the territory. You shouldn't feel embarassed. As long as you don't let it eat you up inside it'll pass.

You can try to focus the negitive energy into positive by improving your skill. And I KNOW you must be getting better everyday. I'm SURE there are fellow co-workers who are a little jealous of your skill ;)

Yale, I admire your passion for what you do. Your desire to be the best may manifest itself into jealous tirades, but if you keep it in check your motivation is healthy. Healthy enough to make you one of the best someday. Don’t give up. It’s rare to find someone who’s found something they truly care about. Even if it makes them a little psycho once in a while.
