I hate it when people tell me one thing and think another. Point(s) in case.

- "I love it!" Then next thing I know, person is calling up giving a difficult time to the management about how they didn't like the hair I cut. You know what...then tell me up front. I'm more then happy to work on it for you. It hurts my feelings more by the lie
