it was really fun! Katie came over and we played games, swam, and watched movies. My brother set off fireworks too! I love fireworks. What about yours? Was your 4th fun too?

it was great. I was travelling in Southern Spain at the time, and did not even remember the fourth until I was reading everyone's posts yesterday. who all is in austin and not in austin right now? how's katie? how's the weather? it's warm here, not as warm as I imagine austin might be, and certainly not as humid. very bright and sunny here, making for beautiful weather. tonight around midnight or one in the morning I am going to Big Ben Bookshop to get the new Harry Potter, I think.
