I will be the first one to say that I had never once considered this pairing, but holy shit. Goddamn if you do not make it work, bb. The entire tone of this piece is so painfully, painfully perfect -- there's an almost-hazy heaviness to all of the words and to their flow, as if you can feel and experience the pressure in Allelujah's mind just by reading. You can feel the way he is being dragged along, and so understand why he reaches out, for an anchor, for Setsuna.

And the ending, and the reasons for their coming together -- it's beautiful, and it hurts, and it's IC, and...

Honestly, even if I have never so much as thought of it before, I think you just completely nailed this pairing.

About how from the beginning, they've had the similarities to each other, their distance when they were Meisters (not because of dislike or anything, just because there were more important people to them) and then finally, because they're the only ones left (Tieria I believe is too attached to Lockon to seriously consider anyone else dur).
