I think it's clear that my epic plans from earlier this to go to Florida to watch hockey aren't happening, since if they were I'd probably be in/leaving for Florida by now. Sad, but such is life.

I really have nothing of interest to say, but I figure if I have this thing, might as well update it. Soooooo...

I saw the Avett Brothers open a few years ago (for SK6ERS) and they had the strangest two fans. The concert was an outdoor one, small and under a gazebo, small picnic-like show, and everyone was sitting down. There were two hicks standing up off to the side of the gazebo, stomping and clapping and ye-hawing and singing every word of talk on indolence.

but yes, the Avett Brothers are amazing.

Ahh I read The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo as well! I couldn't put the thing down. Also reading the 2nd book now. It's soooo good so far!
