No idea how much truth there is in this, but I've just read somewhere that Aleix has broken his C6 vertibra and is unlikely to ride at Laguna. And the chances of replacement rides being found for him and Randy by next week are slim. Awesome, everyone can just ride round on wee scooters and just score points for finishing the race ( Read more... )

There's Pasini free, he has already ridden a Ducati if I'm right, mh. =/
MotoGp needs more riders, 17 aren't enough... and it's even illegal, or, at least, a few years ago the grid had to be of a minimum of 18 motorbikes. o_O

Ohhh, Pasini makes a lot of sense actually. Yeah cause he did do a couple of tests for them last year as well.

The grid size is depressing. I don't even think there has been a race this year were someone has finished yet not scored. Then with the injuries people have had there's been races with 15 riders... Jeez, all they need to do it run around and they can be guaranteed a point. They really need to set a minimum grid size cause it is a joke at the moment.

Bahhh, that sucks so much. Yeah, they kinda chose the "best" time to get injured (not that there is ever a good time, but you get what I mean). And the thing that really sucks is that in my opinion it could have all been avoided had marshals shown the oil flags after Lorenzo's incident more promptly, cause I'm sure Randy wouldn't have been in that position had he not bashed his ankle on Saturday..

I really hope they can find anyone who would be able to be replacement/wildcard, cause frankly, 15 riders is pathetic. And hopefully none of this silly test rider crap, cause as nice as it is to give them a ride, they are usually stupidly slow and have no impact on the race other than riding round the back collecting points cause of people ahead dropping it.
