Would you like your character to be affected by Ian's epic appearance? Ian is supernaturally physically attractive. This means he attracts the attentions of others regardless of their personal taste-though this ability does not disregard sexual orientation. An individual must have some degree of attraction to men for it work on them; while those

Yes! Theta is mostly asexual, though she does have some attraction to people, so feeling a strong sense of attraction will freak her out wonderfully.
Would you like Ian to be able to sense the emotions of your character via his empathy?
Yup, I try and include them in her tags just for info anyway, you're free to pick them up.

Would you like your character to be affected by Ian's epic appearance? No, because she's young. If anything she'd be interested in a "Hey someone new!" kinda way.

...Lol Kaito wouldn't be affected, he's a machine. But he would be curious as to why he's so attentive to this person's prettiness.
As for Reno. He would be affected since he shows interest in men here and there, but he's in good control of his libido. He'd just see more flirting and attention from Reno when he has a little spare time to creep around the communicator entries.

Kaito? ...er. It's difficult. I'm guessing the best this guy could sense from Kaito is a fuzzy, muted, and incomplete version of whatever emotion. It'd be something that feels forced most of the time, too, like it was fake. Only when Kaito feels extremes of emotions like agonizing depression or exuberance would it feel natural and complete.
Reno..hides his emotions very. very. very. very well. One would think he didn't really have any, but they're there. Most of the time, he'd feel a darkness ( ... )

Sure, why not. Scorponok's a robot, yes, but there have been several very, very close relationships between humans and transformers in the canons, including one mental bond between an alien and Scorponok's namesake.
It'll freak him out, but I see no reason as to why it isn't possible for it to hit him.

Absolutely. It would probably feel a bit off, but they would be understandable, if a wee bit staticy.
