Notes: As requested on my private journal by
jrockerlove Kame came into the living room and sat on Jin’s lap, “I want to do something.”
Jin turned the TV off and looked at his lover, “So, go make me something to eat,” he grinned.
“Not funny Jin. Not funny at all. No, I want us to go out, as a couple.”
“Babe, we do that and the fan girls will pop up everywhere,” replied Jin in a serious tone.
Kame sighed, “Why can’t we just go out then? We go out as a group all the time.”
“As a group, we are safe, alone, we aren’t.”
Kame stood up and looked at Jin, “Are you ashamed of us?”
Jin looked surprised, “What? No, I just want to make sure you….”
“Shut the fuck up! You are ashamed of us!” Kame yelled.
Jin stood up, “No, I’m not. I just want to protect you.”
“Stop protecting me. I just want a date, in public, with you. Is that so much to ask?” Kame asked, looking like he was about to cry.
Jin took Kame into his arms, “Alright, get dressed, I’ll take you out.”
Kame looked up, “Really?”
Jim smiled, “Yes, really.”
Kame kissed him and went to their room to change.
About 30 minutes later, they arrived at a dinner and were sitting together, sharing a basket of cheese and bacon fries, when a couple of middle school girls came over.
Kame smiled, “May we help you?”
One girl squealed, “Oh my god, it is you!”
The other held out her notebook and a fuzzy pink pin, “May we have your autograph?”
Jin sighed, “I told you,” he mumbled under his breath.
Kame kicked him under the table, “Shh,” he then looked at the girls and took the notebook and sighed it. He then handed it to Jin and gave him, “Be nice,” look and under protest, Jin signed it and they gave it back to the girls.
About an hour later, they were walking down the shopping district, when a couple more girls came up to them, “May we have your autograph?”
Kame smiled and took their notebook, signed it and then handed it to Jin, who scribbled in it and gave it to the girls, who ran off giggling.
Jin sighed and looked at Kame, annoyed, “See?”
“They are harmless fan girls, Jin. It’s part of being a celebrity,” Kame smiled.
“It’s the annoying part of being a celebrity,” Jin replied.
As they was on the subway, heading back to their home, a few girls came over to them, “May we have your autograph?”
“Alright, that’s it!” Jin said, as he stood up and looked at the girls, “Yes, we are on a date, and yes we are dating, but do you have to keep coming over here and butting in?”
One girl looked shocked, “Jin-san?”
“All night, we have been bombarded by girls asking for our autographs, which is to be expected because of our status, but every single one of you are from the same school. Are you so damn incentive to our privacy that you can’t giggle over one set of autographs? We are celebrities, yes, but we are entitled to some privacy,” and at that, he took Kame’s hand and they got off the subway.
As they walked, Kame giggled.
Jin looked at him, annoyed, “What?”
“When you die, I am going to put on your memorial stone, ‘Death by Fan Girls.’”
Jin rolled his eyes, “Not funny Kame. Not funny at all.”
