Amazing song choice, I'm nearly moved to tears! You did a fabulous job showing the progression of their relationship, of Arthur's suspect and realization of Merlin's magic, and his acceptance of him in his life. I loved the part at 3:23, the capture of Arthur's face, the shock and disbelief that it was Merlin who used magic. It's a perfect climax point for the rest of the video as we see Arthur come to grow and see the importance of Merlin in his life :)
Definitely downloading this and keeping it to watch over and over! Thank you for sharing! ♥

I especially loved the montage of Merlin doing magic after Arthur's epiphany. Awesome. Downloading for future enjoyment. :)

Also, also - I'm so relieved you liked the magic sequence because I wavered especially about using that. I was afraid it would seem tacky or repetitive, but Merlin's golden eyes were too compelling - haha!
Thanks again!

i love how fresh this vid is. it's been awhile since i came across one this well done. the stock footage is hi-res and the editing: smooth. you piece together such a great story that works perfectly with the lyrics. i like that it's simple and easy to understand, but complex and emotional too. plus, i just love angsty!Arthur, and this was totally it XD will REC.

Um, it's interesting for me 'cos I didn't originally intend the vid to be a Arthur-finds-out kind of thing but rather something that explores and reinterprets Arthur's suspicions as they are conveyed in the original BBC universe. But then the Arthur-(sort of)-finds-out plotline started emerging along the way - thus my worry about the incoherence.
But ANYWAY - thanks so much for the feedback. And the rec - so awesome.
