I've found some talks to be pretty cool that I barely understood, especially at SIGGraph. At this event though I was pretty happy that I actually understood all that math in the 3D printing talk. (but only because I'd done the same math before... for cosplay >.> Specifically for Claus' boots) On the other hand, I didn't really understand the guys behind PyPy, but have decided they are awesome.
