LJ cut, people

Okay, heads up. Next time you decide to start posting pictures larger than 500x500 pixles use an LJ cut. It screw up peoples layouts and some people here have dialup rather than anything faster. I will now demonstrait how to use said LJ cut.


You NEED to have Semagic for this. Download it here

Step 1, go to the icon for lj cut. It's got a drop down box, it says LJ and has a pair of scissors under it.

Step 2, select LJ Cut for pictures or text. If you want a title for this select "LJ cut with text," it will bring up a pop up window, enter the title, and the rest of the steps are the same.

Step 3, once selected it will show up in the post window with a html code.

Step 4, after the tag enter the URL or text needed.

Step 5, after everything is entered go back up to the icon and select LJ cut end

Step 6, now the lj cut should look like that with begining bracket, what you cut, and ending bracket.
