I added you a long time ago and enjoy reading your output, though I dont offer much input...
I especially liked the poem invoked by the late nite lit window.
finding sht in mine worth reading right now..(hell, the past year I guess) may prove unworthy of the time consumed..but I'm building reserves in my RLJ that will be purged here when issues settle down to something more manageable.
I'll cut you out of my F-list if needed though

I have too much going on over here and too many people reading over there...

sorry to post here, I dont have access to post on azjournal anymore. Are you talking about south creek on baseline and 48thish area? If so, the place is a mess. I used to live at the apartment across from it and south creek really had alot of problems involving car destruction and drugs and just all sorts of bad things.

I left the area and moved away.

You don't have posting access anymore? What did you end up getting banned for?

Yeah, that's the place I was talking about. From all accounts, everyone shares your opinion prior to 2004. As of February, the place has been under new management and all the reviews I've heard about it have been very positive. I was hoping for some more recent opinions, but I appreciate the input all the same. Thanks! =]

The rules changed, you have to be a member to post, and you have to get permission to join. I had left under the old management because of similar mentalities... so I left. I haven't tried to rejoin, but asking for their permission is bullshit, and I am not in such a desire to play their bs games.

As for south creek, the problem isnt the management its the area. They are low income housing, the apartment next door is as well. when it went low income housing the people who moved in destroyed the place, there were 2 car bombings (as in burning a car up) and 2 armed robberies. That was about 1 year ago.

It sucks to hear that azjournal and its moderation became so lame. I don't really pay attention to the politics, as I only post in there when I need something. Oh well.

I didn't realize that the area was designated as low-income housing. I'll definitely have to do some more research on the place. Thanks for the information.
