Not stupid at all :) In the code, where it says < img alt="" src"" /> The url goes between the quotations after src. Extra knowledge: the "alt" is used for if you want to use a small preview image to lead to a larger image (click on the preview, open the large). Also if you paste the code in HTML mode and then go to rich text mode, you can edit viewing the table as it will show in your journal. Just highlight the little box (usually have an x or ? in the middle) in the table where you want your image to be and click the 'insert/edit image' button and paste your url in the box that pops up.
