NYE party

I am thinking of having a little NYE party, and was wondering who all would be interest. I would have catered food and semi full bar, we a good amount of choices. The location would be at my apartment, which is only blocks from the spaceneedle with an amazing view for the fireworks. I am hoping for no more then about 50 people due to space issues,
