My mom just asked me to wrap my own Christmas gifts.

And we're spending Christmas Eve with her spinster Jewish friend.

And we decided not to do the whole decoration thing this year out of practicality.

I just had a dream that I met you by the tree in the city. You made fun of me. It made me sad. But when I woke up, I thought, Sarah doesn't usually make fun of me! I haven't seen her in forever!

Moral of the dream: it's time to get together. Maybe coffee sometime before you leave?
