Being an only child is a funny thing. Your family is so small, but close. There are times when I resent having such a small family. I wonder why I don't have siblings or even close extended family to share in life after the older generations are gone. It's weird to think of it this way and at such a young age. But I lost a set of grandparents

I am highly allergic to anything with fur or dandruff and my best advice is wash sheets often (once a week is great) and hide your pillows so they can't sleep on them and get them hairy. And to be honest, from March through October, I'm usually on Allegra and it has made all the difference. I did not miss a day of school, nor a day of riding because of allergies and I was able to deal with shedding cats, dogs, horses, and rabbits. I highly recommend it.
