Yuletide Author Letter 2014!
Dear Yuletide Author,
Thank you SO MUCH for offering to write for me! I know I'll be thrilled to read whatever you come up with.
My prompts are reproduced below, for my own reference. In general, I'm super-flexible; any relationships are cool, any rating is cool, and (if you go in the direction of sexytimes) any kinks are awesome. I'm not a huge fan of reading about torture (physical or emotional), but anything else is gr9.

(Incidentally: I tend to notice SPAG errors, so if you have the chance to pass your fic to a beta for proofreading before you post, that would be super-awesome!)
Fandom-specific note on Little Women: If you really wanted to make my YEAR, you could follow up on the fact that Jo Louisa May Alcott was BFFs with thinkers like Emerson and Thoreau, and look at the interactions between their own progressive philosophies and issues of gender identity.
Otherwise, figure out something that strikes your fancy, and have fun writing it! <333

Request 1: Little Women Series - Louisa May Alcott
I know it's a big ask, but I would love to read a fic that explored the idea of Jo as trans*/genderqueer. Sexuality (or lack thereof) is up to you; I just want to read something that plays with all the times that Jo identifies as "man of the house," as a "boy," and how that might play out in hir self-identity. Relationships optional but welcome; could be original setting or AU/crossover.
But if that idea isn't your jam (and that's okay), I'd enjoy anything about Jo; maybe something exploring hir relationship to Laurie, whether romantic, familial, or both?
Request 2: Gotham (TV)
OMG this show. Pretty much anything about any of the ladyfolk would be awesome: Fish and the ways she had to shape herself to get where she is; Selina and her mamacat fierceness; Renee and Barbara and their history; even the Commissioner and the tightrope she has to walk.
But I didn't specify specific characters, and I really am cool with anything. Bruce growing into his sexuality and seducing one of the other characters for practice/experience? Fuck yeah. Jim and Harvey hatesex? Mmm-hmm. I'm as flexible as Fish's sexuality.
Request 3: Maleficent (2014)
SO. I really, really want to read a slightly-squicky-and-dubiously-ethical-but-surprisingly-tender Maleficent/Aurora fic, where the maternal bond between them morphs into something new.
Otherwise (or even in addition!), show me the intersections between the grittymundane human kingdom and the magical faerie realm. Magic is beautiful; revealing the inherent magic in the everyday is even more beautiful.
