You'd think those things were going on. I took him into the vet right away when I noticed it happening a few months ago. Vet tested him, combed him out, gave him shots, drew blood, and came back with "nothing is wrong". We tried changing food and other stuff for allergies, but nothing worked. Interesting part is that all of a sudden, his brothers and sisters from the same litter on the farm are starting to get bald spots from their licking as well. (Not that bad though) AND the second batch of cats that came from Peeper's mom isn't licking like that. So the vet concluded that it is psychological..... You should see the service men's faces when they come over to fix something. I forget he looks like that, and then they usually make some odd comment about me shaving my cat...Is that the brittney disease you are refering to?
He really is quite a happy camper. He just gets made fun of everynowandthen. You have been on my list of people to call!
I would love to go out to lunch with you or catch up somehow! I have to work until 6 on Friday and unfortunately, we have to play Cimarron on Saturday night, but other than that, I am free all weekend! Funny thing is that we always seem to be playing at those trashy venues when you guys come home. Give me a call when you get into town!
