So, I haven't talked to very many people lately. I kind of miss you all. But I know you've all been pretty busy too. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that I'm not avoiding/intentionally neglecting anyone. Oh, yeah, and I am officially 77 hours since my last fast food meal and counting. Go me :)

Blah, I don't know why I can't stay focused on anything important. I know there are things I have to get done, I make plans for times to get those things done, and then I find myself spending that time of flakey worthless endeavors (like improving my FreeCell statistics or...livejournal...) until I'm too tired to do anything useful. I'm currently having an awesome hairday. I'll be spending it cleaning and organizing the apartment alone with no one but Cubbins to appreciate it -- and Cubbins really doesn't care.

To leave your life behind for 8 weeks and think about nothing except physical therapy (ok, and having a bit of fun) and then come home to a new apartment, complete with fiance who expects me to feed him regularly and return of dog-walking responsibilities. Ok, so maybe you don't know. Anyway, this clinical is flying by now. The first four weeks took forever, but lately time is just disapearing. But that's ok, I'm kind of ready to be going home. I got this email from the APTA today. Direct Access means that if you hurt your back or ankle or whatever and want to save some time and money you could go straight to the physical therapist instead of getting a referral from the doctor first. 39 states have similar laws already ( Read more... )
