confused and frusterated

So i got a letter from ISU yesterday. It says i got denied access to go to that school. but heres the thing. i got an email for my advisor there saying that I would get a message like that before they would make the real decision. WTF?? then why stress me out by sending this letter? So confused. This school's admissions sucks. any way I cant

go. to. trade. school. nick please!!!! it is a smart decision, not just rejects go there, don:t even give me that!! 4 out of 5 of my brothers did that and they all own houses and are the main caregivers.
