『thirty-five 』

So I've got a proposition for the lot of you. A sort of community building exercise to promote teamwork and good relati-- Oh, what am I kidding anyone. I'm recruiting for a game of Quidditch. It's nice and all playing with small group, but the real fun's had in cut-throat, fast-paced game with two full teams vying for the gold.

What's Quidditch, you ask? It's an airborne game with brooms. And lots of balls. Big balls, small balls, ones that are intended to hit you, and a tiny one a player tries to catch. The games can last fifteen minutes to days depending on when the Snitch is finally caught. I believe the longest one ever recorded lasted three months.

The requirements are simple. You definitely can't be afraid of heights, considering the game consists of flying pretty high off the ground. High enough for a player to break all his or her bones if a player falls. It's happened before, but I suppose we could cast a cushioning charm. Since there's beginners and all. The brooms are pre-charmed so magic's not needed, and of course- you've got to want to win. The game wouldn't be fun otherwise.

So, who's up for a City-wide Quidditch league? Sirius, Ron - do you mind helping me out with organization?

If any of you find a gnome, could you capture it for me? Sounds strange, but I need it for a present.
