Wilson had claimed the right to pick out the angel's clothes for the trip, which meant not a single beige article of clothing had been packed. It also meant that Aziraphale was actually dressed for the wedding in a rather trendy and attractive gray suit.

They'd arrived on time -- despite a rather late evening out with the boys -- and were awaiting the beginning of the ceremony with bright smiles.

Soft violin music filtered tinnily through the speakers of the chapel, but it's a soothing selection, and it fits the ambiance of the locations, the decorations simple and elegant but with some suspicious glitter certainly not from their party under foot.

Grissom entered the small chapel, first going to kiss his mother on the cheek, and then approached Wilson and Aziraphale, shaking both of their hands.

"How are we feeling today?" Grissom said with a smirk.

"Shouldn't we be asking you that, Griss?" Greg asked with an answering smirk, patting his former boss on the shoulder as he passed.

"Tomato juice and burned pancakes. Secret Grissom family recipe," he snorted. "So, where's the young lady I heard so much about last night?"

After greeting their guests, Grissom took his place at the front of the chapel with the official. His expression downright serene, he waited patiently for Sara to join him.

The music isn't the typical bridal march that most people would expect.

Well, it's not like theirs had ever been a conventional courtship or relationship.

Taking her brother's arm, Sara started down the aisle, eyes only seeing Gil.

A rare full smile crossed his face, as Sara made her way down the aisle, Nick and Lindsey with a disposable camera snapping away. He took the moment to enjoy just looking at her, somehow more perfect than he imagined, the gown fitted to every lovely line and curve.

As she approached, he held out his hand to her.

"Congratulations, sis," Mike whispered before kissing her cheek and letting her go.

Taking Gil's hand, she turned with him to face the officiant.

The room at the resort Sara and Gil have chosen for the reception certainly isn't done up in typical wedding fashion, but it has an elegance and a coziness that suits them ( ... )

Ignoring the surprised looks from her old Vegas friends, Sara selected a small piece of the sirloin, as well as a sampling of most of the other vegetarian delights.

"So, Sara, are you going to change your name?"

Tact and discretion aren't part of Greg's vocabulary, it would seem.

Grissom lifted his head up from his plate and turned.

"I think you should, Sara. You'd make a lovely Bertha. Or... how do you feel about Edith?"

"I've always been fond of Hammoleketh myself," Aziraphale added from nearby, in an even tone that made it difficult to tell whether he was joking or not.

He was, of course. He'd always thought it rather a mouthful, even if it did translate as 'the queen'.
