i have the flu. i departed my bed today for the first time since i got home from class on thursday because my mom came over, and we went to eat. bad decision.

if i was one stomach flu away from my goal weight, this wouldn't be so bad.
i guess every one gets you closer though. hah.

I eat yogurt or high fiber cereal for breakfast, carrot sticks throughout the day, and an orange (with more carrots and celery) for lunch, and then whatever happens to be for dinner. I may have a banana or yogurt or ice cream for a snack, and I don't eat after 9 pm. I have lost 12 lbs. All you have to do is eat fewer calories than you burn...so if you are more active than a person with a broken ankle, you should eat more that what I just described. ;) And I think some of the weight loss was due to muscle atrophy of my leg. BUT seriously, my stomach is smaller. OH and one minor detail...I started drinking TONS AND TONS less alcohal. I think losing weight this way though isn't worth not drinking as an undergrad though...so maybe all my advice is useless. Goodness...I just happen to be drinking right now...which is why I am rambling. Good job knowing about the moors!!!! you are smart!
