Back from Kenya!

Kenya was amazing. There truly aren't words for how awesome and interesting and wonderful and crazy my entire three and a half weeks were.

I'll probably post a more detailed entry later, including some great stories, but for now here's some pictures (via albums on facebook):

Wow, you took all those pics personally? Especially that close to the carnivorous animals? Though, perhaps you had a really high-powered camera, which would effectively allow you to take pics really far away.

I'm a sucker for the sunset/sunrise pics (particularly the one titled Karibuni Kenya, the tree and the sunset/sunrise one). Though, the leopard coming down from the tree in Album 2 is pretty sweet.

i had a pretty decent zoom, but the animals were really close. during the day when there's no shade out on the plains, the lions would sleep in the shade of the land cruisers. they're so habituated to the cars, it's ridiculous.
