Squeeeee! You wrote it!!!! Squeeee! I'm so delighted! Thanks, lovey! This is the fic I've been searching for since I jumped into the fanfom. :) I love how you contrast Jasper's reactions to seeing the whole world in pain and then how that compares to just his Alice hurting. Also liked the loop-back with the assurances that everything will be alright in the end.

And on the most basic level...the idea of Jasper getting to be the protector of Alice for once. In the books we got to read about him stepping in front of her and all that...but we never got to go behind the curtain and see what that really meant.

Excellent job, chica! Thanks so much for this. It makes the perfect moving-out present. I'm reading it in my most bare house on the last day here...a nice fanfic-y way to end things. :)
