So I've always said that I'm a books kinda girl; I don't really care for TV or hours on the Internets. And for the most part, this is very true. I'd rather have a good book in hand to unwind with when I get the chance than a remote or clicking away at this screen for a few hours

Hey, there is nothing wrong with having a healthy balance I guess. :) Books can always be your number 1 favourite pastime but if there is something else you enjoy on occasion so be it. Don't beat yourself up too much!

Sometimes I don't feel in the right mindset to focus and do a book justice. I also love cooking with the TV on in the background too!

And yay English majors! Which, okay, is not exactly what I'm doing but I'm majoring in writing with an emphasis on the English, so... ^^

Haha it's what I used to do on Friday afternoons ^_^ (or in the summer if it was a World Cup summer, especially lol).

I'm actually not a huge fan of being an English major...it's really ruined my love for writing (but b/c I'm a double major with education, I'm not allowed to do writing), but I'm hopefully getting back to it. I am such a geek and totally okay with it hehe.
