I slept in through my alarm (it got bumped and was in between stations on white noise) on monday and instead of getting up, i really should have just gone back to bed for the week

WOW. what an incredibly crappy beginning of the week! i am glad you're ok though (as i'm sure you, your pwetty poochie & partner are as well!) are you sore? i've always heard people who have been involved in an automobile collision say that the next day they are hella sore. i sincerely hope that woman got her license suspended until some sort of tests are performed to find out what's wrong with her.

I'm not actually sore at all. I was going slowly enough, she hit the other lady first and i totally saw it coming and braced myself so the impact on me wasn't too bad. I really hope they help her out, too. It's sad though, they probably won't perform a CT on her and that's the only way to know if she had a mini stroke. She'll be totally fine a day later and not remember a thing.

I just have to hope that 2 strikes on her in 1 week is enough for the police to flag her record and look into it.

Thank Dog it is friday. It can't wait for today to be over!

I'm really looking forward to a holiday. We're heading to ON on the 22nd and I plan on sitting next to a fire, knitting and letting mike's mum feed me for 5 days. :)

boo! I was so careful! I thought for sure that it was going to fit. I wish you were here and I could zip it in for you on my serger. Maybe you should fit it, pin it and send it back with yer mama at xmas?
I'll probably have to remove the sleeves to take in the sides.

I hope you do like it. I wasn't sure if it was a pattern that you would wear, but i loved it so much and I really hoped that you would like it as much as i do. I need to see photos of you in it! I can't post mine, they ended up all blurry. I need ariane-action shots!
