My last horse was a real pain to keep weight on too.

I would try Fat and Fiber, it just has a little more to it. There is also a Product in Canada (not sure about down there) called Finishing Touch, that really helped my girl put on some weight. It was a fattening supplement, and it was awesome for her coat too. Definatly have him on as much grass as you can... so he gets all the natural nutrients he needs.

There are also Equine Nutritionists who will come to your barn and check over your horse and will recommend what you can try. It can be a bit pricey, because there aren't too many out there... but they are definatly worth it!

Another simple thing you can do, is wet his hay. Many horses prefer grass because it is naturally more wet than hay. If you wet their hay it often encourages horses to eat it. If you noticed most horses prefer grass to hay ( ... )
