Thats twice now I've been stopped by spokane's finest for moving how I please. The thing is, I completely understand their perspective. You're a cop, you see some guy in a dark hooded sweatshirt running next to, around, over, or on some closed business at 3:00 in the morning and you think: CRIMINAL! It's the perfect opportunity to make cop friends. Keep doing it, keep getting caught. Eventually they'll be like Oh it's just Dan running around and stop.

That's how all Guam cops are, if you know them or at least know someone that they know, you can get away with anything.
