Okay, this is kind of exciting. Apparently starrose17 is now the British correspondent for a Spanish slash site, and there's a possibility that she may be interviewing Daniel Radcliffe for two minutes on March 24th when she goes to see Equus again. If DR's press correspondent grants her the interview, she's agreed to also ask one question on behalf of equus_07I ( Read more... )

If there is the possibility of a New York transfer of Equus, will you want to go to Broadway and play Alan's part again or everything will end (regarding to Equus) for you after June 9th?

Oh, that's actually a really good one! I bet he wants to do it again, but I wonder if his schedule would permit. Certainly the play wouldn't be as popular without him.

Oh, what a great opportunity for Star Rose, and this community! I hope it works out. *fingers crossed*

Will it be mentioned to Dan that she's from a slash site?

Yes, she has to mention to the press correspondent what sites she's interviewing for. And that does concern me a bit.

But.... fans are fans. We buy tickets to movies and plays, just like everyone else. It's all promotion for Dan anyway, and it's only a two minute interview, so maybe she'll get it.

That's VERY exciting! I hope she gets it! Fantastic questions by the way. I'd want all of them asked if it's possible, but I went for the first one because I'm curious.

Hi there! I'm new to this site and finding it very interesting.

I'd like to know if Richard Griffiths being ill had any impact on Dan's performances.

Maybe someone that visits this site could even answer that question if they saw one of the shows with the understudy. Did it seem to affect Dan's performance? My guess is that he is a real trouper and didn't let it affect him.

Hmmmm, I didn't know Richard Griffiths had been ill- I'm sorry some people missed out, as I greatly enjoyed his performance and didn't even notice that he flubbed a few lines. I would bet that Dan just went on with the show as usual.

Hopefully someone who saw the understudy performance will answer your question!

There's an article about it in the Guardian on line. Colin Haigh (the guy who played Dysart instead of Griffiths) has some interesting things to say about Dan and his performance in that particular occasion.

There's no other way to put it...this guy has balls.

Cool article! I'll link it so everyone else can read it. Not surprised to hear of Daniel's gleeful reaction; he seems to love a good challenge.
