I worked for nine hours today, but it was worth it, really. Nobody quite understands that I consider every moment at the barn absolutely worth it; try explaining to someone non-horsey how you love being with horses, ponies and small children for days at a time. It's kind of fun ( Read more... )

Rode Aquarell today, my first ride in two weeks and it went very well. I finally listened to my gut and wore spurs, dropped my dressage whip, buckled down and pushed his shoulders like a good little dressage rider.
