Damn! That game looks awesome, I'm bummed it's PC-only. But yeah, gaming life and real life: why must you be at odds? :| The good news is that games only get cheaper the longer you wait.

Sure thing! Hope you enjoy! It's the most fun I've had gaming in a LONG time, and I really do think it has a wide appeal. I know people that barely game at all and love this series. (Portal 2 has a co-op campaign that allows you to complete puzzles with a second player; the husband and I are going to use it as our next marital therapy session, ha.)

Thanks for the rec, this sounds like something I'll like. I'm not a big gamer, but I've heard good things about Portal and never actually tried it out. Now I'm going to.

Awesome! Glad I could push you over the edge. ;] Hope you have fun with it - the hype is right in this case, IMO. And it really is perfect for a casual gamer, since it's more about problem solving than prowess with a controller (or keyboard).
