So with all the foreign employees students, what accent do they speak in? Do the Brits have thick cockney accents?

They are very stereotypical sounding, actually. The russians sound like the bad guys from James Bond, most of the Indians sound like Apu from the Simpsons, and Eliza Doolittle spoke better English thn some of the Brits here.
