We submitted bids for the October 2009 Sale of Balance Flats exercise from HDB and in January invited to select a flat. 14 flats available, we were at queue 23. congrats!!! =) where's the location? looks big! 5-room? was it lived in previously? HDB doesn't build cornices and roman pillars right...?

It was one of the repo flats from the oct sale of balance flats. Near tpjc :)

I didn't know Tamp flats got such spacious lift lobbies. Initially I thought it was Pasir Ris. Your renovation seems to be going well. The tiles and flooring you chose are very nice, kinda similar to my taste, especially for both the toilets. ;)
