it's goddamn late

So I haven't posted anything in a while, and I need to do something else before I tackle this final "engineering" problem. I swear, if engineering for a living is as dry and boring as the crap I've been doing in class and for homework, I'm going to have a real problem. It's like, the first year we had all these little projects in engineering- ( Read more... )

The Titans and the Shaping of the Universe. No one knows exactly how the universe began. Some theorize that a catastrophic cosmic explosion sent the infinite worlds spinning out into the vastness of the Great Dark - worlds that would one day bear life forms of wondrous and terrible diversity. Others believe that the universe was created as a whole by a single all-powerful entity. Though the exact origins of the chaotic universe remain uncertain, it is clear that a race of powerful beings arose to bring stability to the various worlds and ensure a safe future for the beings that would follow in their footsteps. Yeah, I understand completely. Engineering is bad b/c it's too much of the same thing and it has very large workloads for very short amounts of time. And it never stops moving. No time to take a breather, just "push push push" all the time. I do feel like for me, it's the right job choice. I at least like what I'm dealing with (structures) and feel like it'll make a difference. Plus, CE has a lot to do with people, and involves more government and social issues. So that balance is like a breath of fresh air. I sincerely hope you are soon enlightened as to whether or not it's the right choice for you. And I hope you get a good internship that makes things more balanced and worldly, and less detatched and technical.

david you're adorable.
You engineers with your math and difficult homework and lack of hippies in your classes. it's a whole different world for the humble little environmental science major. I feel for you guys, I do.
