thorne_scratch is having a Birthday! Yeay! I hope your BBQ & relaxing goes according to plan, and that hanging out with me snuffling all weekend didn't make you sick. It was grand fun to see you up here and I hope it is a trend we can encourage in future. Either that or you and Louise can get a place that I can crash at, and I'll work harder to come to MD more

I tried to call you guys to let you know I'd successfully gotten into the airport, but decided I didn't want to distract you while you were driving. hanging out with you guys all weekend was awesome, though I think Aramis did something to my ear from when he licked it... strange bumps on the skin, though they've subsided. I probably had a little allergic thingy; small price to pay when he is such a delightful kitty loaf.

Louise is totally in love with Flidget from my description. We may have to perform an unholy wedding.

I an all on board with drinking until we can't see straight or having you guys crash with us in Maryland. Thanks again for putting up with me, and I had a glorious time.

I have a picture of flidget from back in her starving-public servant with short punk rocker hair phase... I should dig that out for you so that Louise can squee properly. I think she was even making tea at the time, so it was a perfect shot. :-D

I'm sorry if Aramis gave you a reaction! I've been told by other friends that he is one of those cats that has a high ratio of allergens (makes sneeze-inclined people sneezy) for his type of hair, so it wouldn't be all that surprising if you had a reaction when he drooled on you. Hopefully it cleared right up. if you come visit again I'll equip you with some benadryll or something before he hunkers down on your head.
