i heard tickets were 35 dollars... like you im confused about how it could "sell out" but i think that there is a certain area that is paid persons only. im thinking we should go to the roof of a builing or something haha, i hope they dont block off the area surrounding pioneer. im excited to see Devo/FlockOfSeagulls.

i thought that was just like a registration fee for running though? ughh. i tried calling the run hit wonder hotline earlier this evening but just got a recording.. i'll try calling back tomorrow to get the details.

yeah, so i called the hotline...
bad news.. it IS sold out.. there's a max of 10,000 runners, and they ARE blocking off pioneer square i guess - so only the people running get to see devo. SO LAME. i bet like 95% of the people running don't even care to see any of the bands just cause it's a nike sponsered event. I'm so sad. what now blake? ughhhhh.

i gotta pcc catalog with all the different courses they offer, and photography is a non credited class? hmm.. but anyway i'm assuming you go to the sylvania campus and i was wondering which photography classes you think would be the best to take. also! i hope you have a really great birthday! and we should do something before school starts again because i don't really know anyone else who's going and i don't know anything about the campus and it's just sad.

you got a catalog or a schedule? did you already register for the fall? In the fall schedule there is a darkroom as well as a non-darkroom photography class which are both 3 credit courses. i made an appointment with one of the advisory staff to set up my schedule for the fall... i knew that the photography classes were probably a popular course to take but i guess i didnt think about the fact that they'd eventually would be full :\ heh. thank you for the link and information that helped, looked around at the pcc website and the photography classes and such. so thank you! i wont know what my time/day my classes will be seeing as how i havent sgned up for any classes. seriously, gimme a call! 5038661239!

my dad works for nike and he says that anybody can see devo, even those not running. but he might be wrong cus he's not doing this run hit wonder thingamajig. the race starts at 815, the music is at the very end. AND, i bet 3/4 of the runners wont even stay for the music cus they're lame.

the hotline said that pioneer square was going to be blocked off, and that only the registered runners would be able to see devo play. but i'm sure you're right about the 3/4ths of the people probably not even sticking around. what time do you suppose the running will end?
