I was initially thinking that something with speed and agility would be best, like a Velociraptor, but that would likely go nuts and eat me if I wasn't careful.

So I'd have to go with a herbivore. Maybe a triceratops. Brachiasaurus would be perfect, except that it's too tall to fit through most tunnels, bridges and drive-thru's.
