I think, alas, you can plateau at any weight. It's all a matter of balancing input and output, and until you can exercise a bit more, you'll just have to cut down on the input side of things! But you've done very well so far, I'm sure you'll get more off.
I get the exercise catch-22 from the asthma - can't breathe, so can't exercise, so the legs seize up, so I can't exercise and with sitting still the lungs clog up and back we go to the beginning. *sigh*
