I tried with Outlander, I really did. I’m a finisher, normally but I just gave it up, half way through Drums of Autumn. I just didn’t CARE what happened to them - Claire was too stupid to live but did, repeatedly, despite being In Peril every five minutes. I mean

Thanks for checking in. It's good to hear from you now and then, even if it can only be infrequently. I don't think I'll be stepping on anybody's toes in saying, we all hope you'll be able to come back to the stream again some day when you're feeling ready for it. :)

Poor Lucius, though. I hope he'll get some of his old nature back eventually. Is it going okay giving him pills or is it a daily struggle? I hope it's going okay.

I want to be around more frequently, but the truth is, I have nothing to report. It's just "take pills, knit, take dog out" and I really don't want to be the one who is always whining about their incapacity!

I have a seekrit weapon with getting pills down Lucius, cheese spread or bacon! Luckily also, the hyperthyroidism makes him hungry so he just scoffs what I give him without too much inspection!

Good to hear from you, though as you can tell from the date of this comment compared to your post, I'm not about here as much as I used to be, but you are often in my thoughts. Just this weekend at UK Meet, I was thinking back to when we met at Ely and I was (though I tried not to show it at the time!) just so amazed that OMG I'm in the same room as Erastes! Living legend!
