Disney for a honeymoon is AWESOME. Look at the Grand Floridian Resort. It is the fanciest of the resorts, done in a victorian theme, and lends itself to a romantic atmosphere. In addition to the usual Disney stuff, they have yachts for rent for a romantic cruise around the Disney lagoon, complete with champagne and strawberries. The best restaurants are there on the property. Plan on at least one night at Victoria & Alberts and you'll have a dining experience you'll never forget. They have all sorts of honeymoon packages too!
(We had the mini-reception for our legal marriage at Citricos, located in the Grand. 3 days notice wasn't enough for us to get space at "Vicky & Al's". But that is another long story of why we had 3 days notice to get married! Being a Floridian who loves Disney, perhaps I'm rather biased, but Disney is all into the idea of fantasy and weddings. We seriously considered a Cinderella themed wedding there!)
