I thought I was the only person who remembered the KF:TLC. I wasn't crazy about Peter's foster father, who always seemed way too much of a cliche; but I did love Peter going crazy trying to figure out where Caine had been all those years.
I was very disappointed to listen to an interview with Lucas talking about the new TV shows. One is set early in the Clone Wars, another between the trilogies. But nothing after RoTJ. Lucas actually said the Skywalkers are over. Personally, it's the Skywalkers I'm interested in.
And here I thought I was the only person who couldn't stand Paul Blaisdell. What a horrible man and as you say, a cliche. Man of mystery, my butt.
Lucas said the Skywalkers are over? Guess he must mean Luke and Leia, and not the future Cade. At this point, I'd be satisfied with a cartoon style show, The Adventures of Luke!
We never ever got KF:TLC.... If you need more Luke try the comic books - I usually wait until the compile a Graphic novel from the stories then buy it. I've been reading a terrific tale - a little father/sonish - that starts at the planet Jabiim and continues on and on.... It's really got my juices running again for fic. There's lots and lots a Luke.... : )
