remember that time we stayed up late and played video games/played cards and dominoes/watched a movie/just hung out? and by "that time" i mean practically everyday senior year. i wish i could do that now. i wish i had friends who could stay up late doing nothing. oh well, i suppose those days are gone. back to studying.

School sure gets in the way of having fun. I hate how my motivation surges, but then quickly whithers away.

The past couple of weeks have been good. Mostly because I haven't had any tests or major assignments due. But the time has come for that cycle to return to start cramming and getting stuff done again. My grades... are so so. I wish I were a genius. Rita is expected to make landfall right around the Texas-Louisiana border around Saturday daybreak or before. It is catagory 3 hurricane with sustained winds of 120 mph with higher gusts.
