It's a fantastic read so far, really knee-slapping funny in spots and pretty interesting. A quite strange decision in a few ways, I think ... though I haven't been keeping up.

I try to always give the majority opinion a read in cases like this, but SCOTUS opinions rarely make for light reading-- especially at more than 150 pages.

I haven't had much of a chance to work through the majority opinion yet, but I've read the syllabus and I've squirted the whole thing on to my Kindle. It's next on my list.
