i don't know your drexel email, so hopefully you'll get this. DO NOT use the "pay" function in drexelone. it will take that as a payment and try to take the money OUT of your bank account, not deposit your refund in it. the person on the phone at the bursar's office wouldn't tell me how to do it online, but said i had to come in to the office in person. NOT HELPFUL.
